Vietnamese Shrimp and Pork Dumplings Recipe- Bánh Bột Lộc
This particular recipe will yield about 15 Banh Bot Loc.
Dough Mixture:
2.5 cups Tapioca Starch
1.5 cups Hot Water
1 tblsp Olive Oil
½ tsp Salt
Spring Onion
Filling Mixture:
15 Shrimp (deviened and pealed)
1/4 lb Pork Belly
1/2 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/3 cup diced red onions
