 Bánh Bột Chiên 

 (Vietnamese Fried Rice Flour Cake)

Bot Mixture:
1 bag of rice flour (1lb)
3 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
7 cups water

Toppings- (make it your own but adding whatever toppings you prefer)

1 cup chopped scallions

2 Eggs per serving

Sauce:

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/2 cup water
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp vinegar
